100% the best company around!! I have a Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd and they both have different needs. Today we had them come out for the first time... and they were completely amazing with our dogs. Our German Shepherd is very nervous around people and can be protective so to be safe we muzzle him if we’re going out and they were so good and calm with him. Our groomer KIM took her time to gain his trust. She was calm, very quiet and kind with him!! I sat near the van in case she had a problem with him and I heard her speaking calmly with him the entire time. I’m super impressed and beyond thankful that they were able to fit us in!! Made an appointment excited to try the service and find a local mobile provider for my newly adopted dog. Never showed up no call and no answer to first call... and voicemail left that day. Had to call again the next day to get a call back. Turned out I didn't get added to the schedule. It may be have been a simple one time mistake human error everyone makes. But a first impression is the most important with a new customer. Had i been a regular I could have let it go. Made an appointment excited to try the service and find a local mobile provider for my newly adopted dog. Never showed up no call and no answer to first call... and voicemail left that day. Had to call again the next day to get a call back. Turned out I didn't get added to the schedule. It may be have been a simple one time mistake human error everyone makes. But a first impression is the most important with a new customer. Had i been a regular I could have let it go. I may have had they offered a break of any kind as an apology to make right but i was only offered a new appointment.read more
