The groomers are always very kind, caring and concerned. You can tell they are animal lovers. We had our Malti-Poo Snowball groomed yesterday. The groomer thought he may be having a seizure when being blow dried and she stopped and came to us immediately. It seemed like a seizure with uncontrollable barking. It was an anxiety attack. He gets anxious and excited with vacuum cleaners and he came from inside when the housekeepers were vacuuming. The blow dryer may have contributed to his anxiety attack. He has also been very depressed and anxious since we recently lost our 17 year old dog Quincy who Snowball grew up with for 13 years. Quincy was the pack dog leader. Regardless, each time we've had Happy Spa come out the past 4 or so years, even when they groomed Quincy who was 17 years old, the groomers always were kind, gentle and did a great job. Because Snowball gets anxious in the car, the service coming to the home is invaluable. Finally the price is very fair and less than the regular groomers and other mobile grooming services. I prefer to support small businesses. The owner always answers the phone and appointments are often available right away. Thank you for the Happy you put in the mobile grooming service.

The groomers are always very kind, caring and concerned. You can tell they are animal lovers. We had our Malti-Poo Snowball groomed yesterday. The groomer... thought he may be having a seizure when being blow dried and she stopped and came to us immediately. It seemed like a seizure with uncontrollable barking. It was an anxiety attack. He gets anxious and excited with vacuum cleaners and he came from inside when the housekeepers were vacuuming. The blow dryer may have contributed to his anxiety attack. He has also been very depressed and anxious since we recently lost our 17 year old dog Quincy who Snowball grew up with for 13 years. Quincy was the pack dog leader. Regardless, each time we've had Happy Spa come out the past 4 or so years, even when they groomed Quincy who was 17 years old, the groomers always were kind, gentle and did a great job. Because Snowball gets anxious in the car, the service coming to the home is invaluable. Finally the price is very fair and less than the regular groomers and other mobile grooming services. I prefer to support small businesses. The owner always answers the phone and appointments are often available right away. Thank you for the Happy you put in the mobile grooming service.read more
